Owen’s history with bikes began with reviving BMX bikes from back yards and sending them off of anything that resembled a jump! From there he took the bicycle repair class at Reno Bike Project at 12 years old and took his skills back to the skatepark in Fallon, NV, fixing bikes and scooters for the other kids until moving to Reno in 2019. In Reno, he worked at Reno Bike Project for 2 1/2 years, wrenching on a wide variety of bikes and amassing knowledge on bicycles from the 60’s until present day. Owen is always eager to bring an old bicycle back from the grave and will take on a restoration project with confidence. If he’s not in the shop, he’s ripping the jumps in Sun Valley or trying a new trick at the park!
